My personal story of survival has been the driving force behind creating Breathe Go Live, focused on exploring the profound health and wellness benefits of yoga. When I was 30 years old, I was diagnosed with a life-threatening tumor in my cervical spine. Finding the will and strength to fight that battle taught me that resilience, hope, and healing are not just words but essential lifelines. Faith and Yoga became a vital part of my recovery, not just for my body but for my mind and spirit. Through The Wellness Center, the hope is to share that strength and inspire others to find their own path toward wellness.
But Breathe Go Live goes beyond the physical practice of yoga. It’s a space where we explore the deeper aspects of life, such as faith, personal growth, and the power of community. I believe that true wellness comes not just from the body, but also from nurturing the soul and fostering meaningful connections with others. My family is my “WHY” in life, the foundation that drives everything I do. Our conversations touch on topics like finding purpose, staying grounded in faith, and building a supportive community that uplifts and inspires you.
